More Product Information
The PPS®1350 Hall Effet plasma thruster draws on Safran’s long experience with electric propulsion. It is designed for orbital transfer, station keeping and deorbiting satellites and other spacecraft. In particular, the PPS 1350 was the primary engine on ESA’s lunar probe, Smart-1, launched in 2003 by an Ariane 5 rocket. This mission was completed in September 2006.
KapCOM (EWC33) is a new generation of transceivers with high performance Telemetry, Tracking & Command (TT&C) service. It is used on OneWeb constellation & is based on the heritage of EWC15 used in key space missions like ROSETTA, DEEP IMPACT, …
The Mobile Telemetry Rack (MTR) integrates state-of-the-art telemetry capabilities utilizing the RTR-X4 & GMDR recorder providing the ideal portable telemetry checkout system, able to receive demodulation, record, process and display your data throughout your system development.
Based on the Cortex architecture, the 4U chassis-based CORTEX RTR-X4 can support up to four channels providing the utmost flexibility and capability a Telemetry Receiver can achieve.
The GMDR Chapter 7 recorder fits particularly well for the flight test support where operability and flexibility is essential. Not only the does the Telemetry rack provide a rich set of features, the Dell Server comes with the standard Safran software tools you expect: D4 Recorder, C10 Extract, eZ Viewer Data Verification and Quick Look Software.
Additionally, multiple projects can be supported by just swapping out the OS & media drives in support of classified projects.
The VS1510 is a video & data recorder/server packaged in a rugged compact chassis (4.92” x 5.75” x 7.28 ” / 9.9 lb), for recording on a Removable Memory Module (RMM).
Recorded data can be replayed in a standard PC/Windows® environment, using specific or COTS mission debrief solutions for post mission analysis.
In addition, typically for ISR applications, data can be replayed while recording on board. The ENERTEC™ mission data processing and distribution units offer cost-effective and dependable solutions for collecting, processing, storing, utilizing, and sharing field and mission data.
These units are designed for both manned and unmanned ground, air, and sea vehicles. They undergo rigorous validation and formal qualification testing, conforming to established standards such as DO-160 and MIL-STD-810.
eZ Processing is the solution for telemetry data processing, analysis and display (real time or playback). It allows the capture of the data either from a PCM signal or directly through data sent on Ethernet (IRIG 106 Chapter 10) by the receiver.
It performs the frame synchronization, Engineering Unit conversion, data display and storage, as well as data subset dissemination to dedicated analysis tools. It can accommodate multiple display stations, each having selectable parameters and displays. When used in a system with Safran Defense & Space, Inc. (formerly Safran Data Systems, Inc.) data acquisition units like the XMA or MDR, the software parameter database is automatically updated by eZ configuration software, reducing the set-up time and preventing all errors.
The N-SPHERE comes as a new generation of GNSS receiver. It implements the latest state-of-the-art positioning and synchronization techniques, to reach top class of performances for Real-Time Precise Onboard Orbit Determination (P2OD) and accurate time synchronization.
COMTRACK stands as the preferred choice for over 100 trusted telemetry tracking operators.
Its track record spans various applications, from military aircraft and helicopters to commercial aircraft and even launch vehicles. COMTRACK steps in where larger, space-consuming parabolic systems may not be the best fit.
With its compact, rugged design, this embedded phased array auto-tracking antenna excels at providing reliable telemetry reception across L, S, or C-bands, covering the entire sky up to 93 miles away. Its intelligent integration combines high-elevation reception with long-range capabilities, all within a protective radome.
Additionally, it enables dual-band installations to support systems operating in both current and future frequency ranges. When it comes to trust, simplicity, and performance, COMTRACK takes the lead.
IRIS optical ground stations are built to cater to a wide range of applications (LEO/GEO/Probes), including Earth observation, high throughput bi-directional telecommunications, feeder link, or deep space missions. The IRIS systems leverage the Cortex Lasercom, a globally recognized optical modem that supports various standards such as SDA, CCSDS, and HPE.
The SafeLaunch-FTR is based on more than 20 years of skills and experience. Such Flight Termination Receivers equip air to air, ground to air and air to ground missiles as well as UAV, target drones and Launch Vehicles. They are qualified under MIL-STD-810F and MIL-STD-461E standards, and comply to RCC-319. The compact and optimized package is consistent in size and weight with the most severe requirements of missile platforms. The electronical design, based on the latest generation of Software Defined Radio (SDR) components, brings to SafeLaunch-FTR high reliabilty and evolutivity.
