ACS - Aerospace

Over the years, ACS has delivered test equipment and controls projects for commercial aircraft OEMs, tier suppliers, and defense contractors in the aerospace market. We are well-versed in the testing of systems, sub-systems and components used in aerospace development, research, production and Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) applications.

ACS - Automotive & Commercial Vehicles

ACS is committed to the evolution of the engine and vehicle industry. We are at the forefront of integrated test cell design and delivery, providing a range of solutions which customarily involve the integration of dynamometers, mechanical equipment, fluid systems, controls and data acquisition.

ACS - Energy

ACS designed and built the research and development space for Generac Power Systems, Inc. The renovation was transformed into a “like new” space previously used for manufacturing. ACS used critical chain methodology to manage scheduling and complexity of working in an operating facility.

ACS - Food & Beverage

ACS held a single source contract for design and construction with Kettle Foods to provide architectural, engineering and construction services on a new potato chip manufacturing facility. The 75,000 square foot potato chip manufacturing facility is the eighth LEED® Gold and first Industrial LEED® certified building in the state of Wisconsin. ACS provided fundamental commissioning services and hired a consultant to provide enhanced commissioning services.

ACS - Laboratory / Research

ACS understands the importance of planning, engineering design and construction techniques as required to achieve high containment and high sterility in demanding environments inside laboratory, pharmaceutical and manufacturing facilities. We also have experience in the delivery of high purity water systems including Water For Injection (WFI) systems and in Pharmaceutical/Medical device manufacturing cGMP facilities.
