Advanced Illumination - Band Pass Filters
- Eliminating all but a narrow band of light (+/- 40nm) centered on the specified wavelength, band pass filters are used to enhance colors, or to stop unwanted ambient light from reaching the camera.
- Filtering can replace existing shrouds, simplifying the physical set up of an inspection site.
- Ai offers 660nm and 635nm band pass filters to fit a number of different lens sizes.

LUMIMAX® High Power LED Spot Lights are particularly compact, but at the same time extremely powerful and versatile.
Adjustable precision optics of the LED Spot Lights allow adjustment of the radiation characteristic to the required working distances and image fields, enabling a focused or very homogeneous illumination of the object to be inspected.
LED Spot Light's filter thread allows mounting of components such as polarisation filters or bandpass filters for fluorescence applications. With the C-Mount connector, either integrated or available as an accessory, lenses for focusing can be used.
Despite their compact design, the LUMIMAX® LED Spot Lights feature an integrated lighting controller for continuous or strobe mode.
The FX2 is the edge-lit flat diffuse light built for reflective surface inspection.
Unlike back-lit diffuse designs, the FX2 positions its LEDs in the frame rather than behind the emitting window. This side-lit geometry allows for a thin housing and a scalable planar design with uniform output at longer working distances.
The FX2 is available in sizes from 50 mm x 50 mm up to 600 mm x 600 mm in 25 mm increments. It is offered in 11 wavelengths, with optional polarization to help reduce glare on reflective surfaces, and can be specified with a central viewport for select front lighting applications.

- NC300 & 400 series for microwave application
Noise diodes are the fundamental building blocks for analog noise systems. They are categorized for performance characteristics that enhance their broadband noise output and flat spectral response. All Maury noise diodes can deliver symmetrical white Gaussian noise and flat output power versus frequency*.
* Flatness and output power are dependent upon peripheral circuit characteristics
The design of LUMIMAX® LED Bar Lights generates the optimal illumination for elongated test objects. With High Power LEDs in conjunction with interchangeable ancillary lenses, these universal LED Bar Lights are suitable for example for dark field or bright field applications. Calculate the optimal illumination area for your application easily and simply with the help of our practical tool.
The Bar Lights in the LB series impress with their enormous irradiation intensities even at large working distances.
Miniature Bar Lights of the compact LSB series are designed for applications that demand perfect illumination in restricted installation environments. Another special feature is the innovative mounting solution, which allows one to four LED Bar Lights in the LSB series to be incorporated in the square. This four-sided mounting bracket is also a very flexible solution for shape-from-shading applications.
Ultra-Compact Reed Switches for Precision Electronics
The ultraminiature reed switch series offers some of the smallest magnetic switching solutions available, with glass body lengths starting at just 3.95 mm. These switches are engineered for precision and reliability in space-constrained environments, making them ideal for miniaturized electronics and high-density circuit designs.
Despite their compact size, these switches maintain strong electrical performance thanks to advanced contact materials and hermetically sealed construction. Their flat lead design supports automated assembly processes such as surface mounting and tape-and-reel packaging, enabling efficient integration into high-volume production lines.
Commonly used in semiconductor testing, medical devices, telecommunications, security systems, and automotive electronics, these switches provide dependable magnetic actuation in applications where size, sensitivity, and durability are critical.
