High voltage differential probes provide high CMRR over a broad frequency range (up to 400 MHz) to simplify the measurement challenges found in noisy, high common-mode power electronics environments. The probe’s design is easy-to-use and enables safe, precise high voltage floating measurements.
The HVD3000A series of high voltage differential probes cover the fullest range of applications, from 120/240 V switch-mode power supplies through 600 V class and 5 kV electrical apparatus. The table below provides a list of recommended probe models based on specific device under test applications.

The EMX-4xxx product family contains high-performance breakout boxes (EMX-4008 and EMX-4016), smart high density dynamic signal analyzers (EMX-4250 and EMX-4251), smart PXIe 625 KSA/s 4-channel digizers (EMX-4350), and charge and IEPE PXIe 625 KSA/s 4-channel digitizers (EMX-4380).
