- The RL2316 is characterized as a Compact Aimed Bright Field ring light.
- Precisely aimed LEDs provide a level of lighting control not found in traditional illuminators.

- With its compact form factor, the RL2316 is ideal for the inspection of smaller, non-specular objects and where space for the illuminator is limited.
The LWP series Lightwave Probe enables optical measurements for on-wafer and hybrid photonics devices.
