- The I3 and I3S Inline Controllers provide overdrive strobe and continuous operation to lights from a small package when larger, more versatile external controllers are not necessary.
- Switching between continuous-on, gating on/off and strobe overdrive is seamless. The I3 and I3S employ Ai’s exclusive Adaptive OverdriveTM that optimizes strobe power regardless of input Pulse Width.
- The I3 is a default-on device on power-up, whereas the I3S is a default-off device, requiring a trigger to illuminate.
- All ICS models employ reverse input polarity protection.
- Provides continuous-on and DC gating on/off control as well as 0-10 volt analog dimming. 30 uSec response time.
- A wash down version of all ICS drivers is provided automatically with any wash down light to which it is attached.
- 0 – 100% Intensity Control with optional DCS-MP, purchased separately, will provide manual intensity control via an external potentiometer.
ProPhotonix offers a versatile range of LED Area Lights designed to deliver exceptional performance across diverse applications. The SpecBright™ LED Area Lights standout for their unparalleled uniformity and impressive brightness, achieved through advanced Chip-on-Board LED technology. The UVC-Pro Area Light provides a groundbreaking solution with its stackable 265nm light, ideal for machine vision, fluorescence detection, and disinfection.
Our area lights are engineered for high-intensity illumination and superior uniformity, ensuring consistent and reliable results even in the most demanding environments.
ProPhotonix designs and manufactures a wide range of LED Line Lights configurable to suit almost any application. All of our line lights offer high intensity illumination and excellent uniformity ensuring that the system performs consistently and reliably in even the most challenging of applications.
Our LED Line Lights are ideally suited to line scan and web inspection of a host of materials and products, including paper, foil, metal, road surfaces, PCBs and semiconductors.
-
The BL2 Series provides a highly uniform and high intensity, diffuse backlight source, primarily used for creating object silhouettes of high contrast or imaging through semi-translucent materials.
-
BL2 Backlights are pre-engineered for scalability, allowing for size configurations in 1″ increments up to 46″ in length and width.
-
This Backlight series is offered in 5 wavelength options and can be configured with either a polarization or collimation film.
-
As with all Advanced illumination products, this series is built for tailor ability while still maintaining a standard lead time of one to three weeks.
-
Each side of a BL2 is equipped with M6 nut channels, allowing for quick and easy mounting. This series comes with our LB111 Mounting Brackets.
- High Intensity: up to 9x brighter than the existing SL191 Pattern Projecting Spot Light and more than 3x brighter than the leading competitive structured light projector.
- Projection patterns are easily configured with available reticles, including line, grid, cross, multiple lines, and half sphere, with custom reticles available.
- Customizable: available in multiple wavelengths, including white.
- Constructed with a large heat sink for improved LED thermal management to facilitate increased brightness while maintaining safe operating temperatures.
- Ideal solution for machine vision inspection applications requiring structured illumination, including edge detection, locating offsets, and assessing topography.
- Requires a reticle and lens (sold separately); see available reticles here.
LUMIMAX® LED area lights are for versatile use in all areas of Machine Vision for incident or backlight tasks. Their designs allow for any arrangement around the object to be inspected.
LED Area lights in the LG series are based on our LightGuide technology. State-of-the-art LightGuide technology guarantees the maximum degree of homogeneity and irradiance intensity over the entire light field. Variants with additional collimation accessories improve image contrast and minimise the glare effect at manual workstations. See in our Video - Principle Collimated Backlight Video the detailed principle of the collimated backlight.
The area lights of the LGCB series with a camera hole can also be used as a flat dome within a reflected light application and thus create a full-area, shadow-free illumination of the test object.
With the lightings of the BASIC series even price-sensititve applications can be reliably implemented. The focus here is on the realization of essential functions at high quality. A smart and lightweight design ease the integration in confined or moving machine vision systems.
