The DF241 is characterized as a Small Low Angle Dark Field ring light.  Precisely aimed LEDs provide a very low angle of incidence, radial illumination pattern.  A scratch on a sheet of glass is a good example of a defect that can be detected with a low-angle dark field illuminator.  With a light intensity of 24kLux at a working distance of ½” (12.5mm), the DF241 is perfect for imaging problems limited to a small field of view.  A 25mm field of view is standard with an optional field of view of 35mm.  Available in a range of wavelengths from UV to IR.  *Engineered to provide comparable optical characteristics to our previous RL1360.
The DF242 is characterized as a Large Low Angle Dark Field ring light.  Precisely aimed LEDs provide a very low angle of incidence, radial illumination pattern.  A scratch on a sheet of glass is a good example of a defect that can be detected easily with a low-angle dark field illuminator.  With a light intensity of 24kLux at a working distance of 1” (25mm), the DF242 is perfect for imaging problems with medium sized fields of view.  A 35mm field of view is standard with optional fields of view of 45 and 70mm.  Available in a range of wavelengths from UV to IR.  *Engineered to provide comparable optical characteristics to our previous RL1660.
The Wide Linear Diffuse Light series is ideal for the inspection of elongated or cylindrical objects.  Perfect for inspections requiring a multi-camera setup.  Can be provided with up to 4 viewing ports.  Expandable lengths from 6” – 36” (152 – 194mm) in 6” increments.
This Large Area Diffuse Light provides extremely diffuse illumination over an area of 18” square (457mm).  Available in a wide array of wavelengths, providing up to 7kLux at a 1” (25mm) standoff.  At 13.6 pounds (6.2 kilograms), the DL071 is both rugged and lightweight.
Rugged, cast aluminum housing has an outer diameter of 8.4” (213mm) and an inner, working diameter of 6.1” (155mm).  The Medium Dome Light is available in a wide range of wavelengths including a 3 channel, RGB configuration.  Provides up to 59kLux at a 1” (25mm) standoff.
The Linear Coaxial Light provides a type of diffuse illumination; diffuse light from an internal source is folded downwards along the camera’s imaging axis and onto the imaging plane.  High speed machine vision line scan applications receive greater image contrast with a Linear Coaxial Light.  The DL110 includes a high efficiency, coated, easy to clean dust cover to protect the beamsplitter.
The Narrow Linear Diffuse Light series is ideal for precision scanning of highly reflective materials.  The DL151 is available in a wide range of wavelengths and provides up to 28kLux at a 1” (25mm) standoff.  The extruded aluminum enclosure can be expanded in 2″ (51mm) increments from 2″ to 70″ (1778mm).
The Small Dome Light is available in a wide range of wavelengths including a 3 channel, RGB configuration.  Rugged, cast aluminum housing has an outer diameter of 5.25” (133.3mm) and an inner, working diameter of 3.1” (78.7mm).  Provides up to 79kLux at a 1” (25mm) standoff.
The compact design of the DL2230 is easy to integrate into machine vision applications that require a space saving lighting design.  The housing of this Extra Small Dome Light has an outer dimension of 2.83” (71.9mm) and an inner, working diameter of 1.95” (49.5mm).
The DL225 series of square coaxial lights features a modular heat sink and circuit design for enhanced performance, product availability and lead time.  These coaxial lights are available in a wide variety of wavelengths from UV to IR.  They provide intensities from 18kLux for the DL225-025 to approximately 50kLux for the larger models.
For applications requiring power cables longer than the standard 2 meters provided with Ai lights.  Standard cable lengths are 3, 5, 9 and 15 meters.
The new Light Hub for Zebra Iris GTX Smart Cameras (HCS-150-ZEB) streamlines machine vision system setup. This innovative controller acts as a central hub, directly powering your Zebra Iris GTX Smart Camera while managing triggering and analog dimming control between the camera, compatible lights, and I/O accessories. Equipped with Advanced Illumination’s SignaTech™ technology, the Light Hub delivers 4 amps of continuous output and up to 8 amps of overdrive strobe. This empowers you to choose from a vast array of Advanced Illumination lighting configurations, ensuring optimal illumination for your application. Whether you need seamless integration with an 3×3 infrared backlight or would like to overdrive strobe a 70″ high intensity bar light, the Light Hub delivers.
