JOB DESCRIPTION: Inside Sales Specialist / QSMR

DEPARTMENT: Inside Sales

REPORTS TO: Office Manager

LOCATION: Tacoma, WA

PSI Solutions, Inc. is a Manufacturer’s Representative in the Pacific Northwest, partnering with leading manufacturers of Test Instrumentation, Imaging, and Embedded products. We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Inside Sales Specialist & QSMR to support our sales operations and manage our AS9120B Quality System.

REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience

Minimum of two years of inside sales or office management experience, ideally in a manufacturing-adjacent industry.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support daily inside sales operations, including but not limited to customer and manufacturer correspondence, quote and order processing, shipping and receiving, and RMAs.
  • Manage PSI’s AS9120B quality system and certificate, including but not limited to maintaining and upholding quality processes and documentation, supporting company-wide adherence, and facilitating annual internal and external quality audits.
  • Support the outside sales team as needed with data, reports, and presentations.
  • Support the marketing department with new supplier onboarding, campaign creation, proofreading, etc.
  • Comply with company policies regarding ethical behavior and core values.

Skills, Abilities, and Expectations

  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve.
  • Self-driven, energetic, and detail-oriented.
  • Possess a solid understanding of CRM databases and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of AS9120B or other ISO quality systems is a plus.
  • Experience with InDesign and other Adobe products is a plus.
