The Xena B720/2400 is a 4U modular chassis that can be equipped with up to 12 Ethernet test modules to provide high port density and low power consumption.

There are 2 versions of the Xena chassis: the standard B720 and the high-performance B2400.

With LUMIMAX® LED Coaxial Lights, a highly diffused light field is shown on the object field through a semi-transparent mirror vertical in the optical axis of the camera. The homogeneous and shadow-free lighting is used for surface inspections, completeness checks and printed image inspections. The Coaxial Lights also meet the requirements for standard-compliant reading and verification of two-dimensional codes.

The optical design of Coaxial Lights necessarily reduces the amount of light emitted. By using the latest generation of High Power LEDs, the new LES series can compensate for this effect and illuminate test objects with high light intensity.

VXI Chassis include 6-slot VXIbus mainframes (CT-100C), 5-slot VXIbus mainframes (CT-310A), and modular 13-slot VXIbus mainframes (CT-400, pictured).

• This ultra high intensity line light series is built to handle the most extreme line scan lighting requirements. 
• Provides an intensity level of 2,100 klx (working distance of 75 mm). 
• Pre-engineered for expandability in 150 mm (6”) increments up to 2400 mm (94.5”). 
• Available in multiple wavelengths. 
• In the event of abnormally high ambient temperatures, the device automatically shuts down when the housing reaches 60°C and resumes operation at 56°C.

• The IC Inline Controller provides steady and optimal current to lights from a small package when larger, more versatile discrete controllers are not necessary. 
• The IC provides continuous-on and DC gating on/off control as well as 0-10 volt analog dimming.

• A wash down version is provided with any light to which it is attached is also wash down. 
• 0 – 100% Intensity Control with optional DCS-MP, purchased separately, will provide manual intensity control via an external potentiometer.
