Standex Detect - Magnetic Field Strength Position Sensors
Magnetic field strength position sensors use analog Hall effect technology to measure the intensity and polarity of magnetic fields with high accuracy. These sensors provide a voltage output proportional to the magnetic field strength, making them ideal for applications such as proximity detection, current sensing, and residual magnetism measurement. Available in fixed-gain and programmable models, they support a wide range of sensitivities and response times. With options for ratiometric output and internal voltage regulation, these sensors offer flexible integration into industrial, automotive, and electronic systems.
More Product Information
High insulation resistance reed relays are designed for ultra-low leakage current performance, making them ideal for precision applications where signal integrity and isolation are critical. Engineered with specialized materials, extended creepage distances, and optimized internal geometry, these relays achieve insulation resistance levels up to 100 tera-ohms (TΩ) and in some cases, even 1,000 TΩ resulting in leakage currents in the picoampere range or lower.
These relays are available in configurations that support switching voltages up to 1,000 VDC and breakdown voltages up to 4,500 VDC, with custom options reaching 10,000 VDC switching and 15,000 VDC breakdown. Their high isolation and dielectric strength make them ideal for automated test equipment (ATE), semiconductor testing, and precision measurement systems where even the smallest leakage can impact results.
Compact, reliable, and built for demanding environments, High Insulation Resistance reed relays offer unmatched performance in high-voltage, low-leakage applications.
These sensors detect the presence or movement of a magnet, enabling precise position or proximity monitoring. Available in Reed or Hall effect versions, they are used in medical, industrial, and consumer devices.
The Broadband sleeve antenna was developed to efficiently perform proximity radiation immunity testing.
The international standards ISO11451-3/ISO11452-9 stipulate proximity radiation immunity testing methods that assume electromagnetic interference when wireless transmitters such as smartphones and Wi-Fi devices are placed in close proximity to other electronic devices.
This product is a small, lightweight, high-gain antenna used in these standards that covers a wide bandwidth and has good radiation characteristics. Since it can be used in the wide band from 5GHz to 8GHz, it can be used to perform proximity radiation immunity testing assuming wireless LAN in the 6GHz band (up to 7.125GHz).

- Standard three-year warranty
- The BX2 Series of edge-lit backlights provides a highly diffuse source of illumination, packed within a thin and thermally efficient housing.
- The BX2 allows for configuration with polarization or collimation. A backlight configured with collimation is best suited for applications requiring a higher degree of edge clarity when imaging object silhouettes.
- This second edition of our edge-lit backlight series is more than twice as bright as previous BX and CX models.
- As with most planar backlight designs, this product is useful for edge detection, part location & orientation identification, presence & absence, hole detection and object gauging.
Multipoint sensors are designed to detect fluid levels at specific, predefined points. Using multiple reed switches and floats on a single stem, these sensors can monitor up to 9 distinct levels. Ideal for applications requiring discrete level detection, such as tanks with layered liquids of varying densities, these sensors offer reliable switching, even under extreme temperatures and pressures. The LS04 and LS05 series exemplify this adaptability, supporting multiple floats and custom configurations for versatile fluid monitoring.
Designed for applications requiring current handling above 1 amp, these relays offer low on-resistance and high thermal stability for power control and motor drive systems.
- Measuring device to detect the twist/lay/pitch length of sheathed cables
- Measurements according to the standards LV212 und LV122
- The twist length of the sample is measured without removing the sheath → this ensures a precise measurement
- Traditional methods manipulate the sample (cable stripping or unwinding of conductors) → a precise measurement is not possible anymore
- Via a PC connection, the measuring results can directly be exported
- Fully automatic: By clicking one button, the measuring sensor automatically moves along the sample
Engineered to complement our sensor series, these magnets ensure optimal alignment, activation, and performance. Available in various shapes and magnetic strengths, they simplify integration and enhance reliability across sensing applications in automotive, industrial, and medical environments.
