Reliable Break-Before-Make Switching with Form C Reed Technology
Changeover reed switches, also known as Form C or SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) switches, feature three contact leads and operate with a break-before-make switching sequence. This means one contact disconnects before the other connects, ensuring clean signal transitions and reducing the risk of short circuits.
Changeover reed switches are ideal for applications requiring reliable switching between two circuits, such as signal routing, sensor feedback, and control logic.
These switches can be integrated into standard sensors and reed relay assemblies, and custom configurations are available to meet specific design requirements.
Metal detection position sensors are designed to detect the presence or movement of ferrous materials such as steel bolts, gears, or plates. Available in reed switch or Hall effect configurations, these sensors offer flexible solutions for proximity and position sensing. Reed-based sensors provide simple, low-power operation, while Hall effect versions offer dynamic, solid-state performance with zero-speed detection and enhanced durability. Ideal for industrial automation, safety systems, and heavy equipment, these sensors are available in various mounting styles and electrical outputs to suit diverse application needs.

Relays engineered to handle voltages above 600V, providing safe and efficient switching for power systems, energy storage, and high-voltage instrumentation.
High voltage and high-power reed relays are engineered for demanding applications that require reliable switching of elevated voltages and currents. These relays support switching voltages up to 1,000 VDC in compact packages, making them ideal for use in automotive systems, solar energy, EV battery management, medical devices, and automated test equipment (ATE).
For extreme voltage requirements, specialized models are available that switch up to 10,000 VDC, with breakdown voltage ratings reaching 15,000 VDC. These high-voltage relays are trusted in critical medical technologies such as portable defibrillators and electrosurgical generators, where insulation integrity and safety are paramount.
Designed with robust isolation, high dielectric strength, and low contact resistance, these relays offer long operational life and stable performance in high-energy environments. Their compact form factors and versatile configurations make them suitable for both high-voltage isolation and high-current control across a wide range of industries.
Low thermal reed relays are designed to switch microvolt-level signals without introducing thermal offsets or signal distortion. Ideal for use in transducers, high-end multimeters, thermocouple switching, and data acquisition systems, these relays ensure accurate signal integrity in temperature measurement and logging applications. Their low offset voltage performance makes them a superior alternative to semiconductor relays in precision environments.
