Focus Microwaves’ DELTA series of electro-mechanical tuners is designed specifically for high frequency on wafer measurements. The tuner’s low profile allows it to be placed within the wafer perimeter and allows for a direct connection between the probe tip and the tuner, eliminating all possible insertion loss between the DUT and the tuner. This revolutionary new tuner design enables the engineer to achieve optimum tuning range, with a tuner whose footprint and weight has been dramatically reduced.

Southwest Microwave’s high performance End Launch connectors are designed to provide low VSWR, mode free wideband response to 110 GHz for single-layer and multi-layer printed circuit boards where the high frequency signal is on the top layer. Available in SMA (27 GHz), 2.92 mm (K) (40 GHz), 2.40 mm (50 GHz), 1.85 mm (V) (67 GHz) and 1.0 mm (W) (110 GHz).
Male and female options along with narrow body and bulkhead feed-through. Unique clamping mechanism accommodates board thickness up to .300” (7.62 mm). Robust, reusable and repairable. Multiple launch configurations provide the best possible match to circuit layout. Works on microstrip and grounded coplanar waveguide (GCPW) designs. Signal-layer microstrip and GCPW test boards available. Soldering is optional.

SuperMini Board-to-Board solutions optimize interconnect performance for board-to-board stacking applications.
Available bullets enable board-to-board spacing as close as 3 mm, assuring transmission line dependability for tightly stacked PCBs. Low mating insertion force allows for an increased density of interconnections per board. Unique bullet design enables extended mating and de-mating cycles.

Built to Southwest Microwave’s rigorous performance and quality standards, the 1.0mm connectors are rugged and durable, featuring a 360° raised grounding ring and operational temperature rating of -55°C to +165°C. 1.0mm connectors provide mode-free operation through 110 GHz, offering well-matched impedance, excellent repeatability, and the industry’s lowest VSWR (1.2:1), insertion loss (0.6 dB), and RF leakage (≤ -100 dB).
Introducing Auriga’s 5th generation pulsed IV/RF characterization system delivers unparalleled performance, capturing measurements with incredible speed and accuracy. Pulsed IV (current-voltage) measurements have emerged as the preferred method of capturing current-voltage characteristics of active devices such as field effect (FETs) and bipolar junction (BJTs) transistors. With the growing popularity of higher-power devices, like GaN HEMTs, LDMOS, SiC, and graphene, current and voltage requirements are constantly being pushed higher and higher.
