More Product Information
The MVG-Orbit/FR Legacy Series Polarization Positioners provide accurate, balanced rotation, and controllable velocity for the positioning of devices in test configurations. Their sturdy and straight-forward construction ensures maximum reliability and trouble-free operation, yielding the best size and weight/performance ratio.Turntable diameters up to 30.0 in (762 mm) .
AL-58000 model towers are suited for very heavy duty applications with an operating load of up to 17,600 lbs (8,000 kg). They have durable steel masts, which can be vertical or inclined (limited to specific loads). They are available with a steel linear offset slide that is manual hand-wheel style, manual fixed step, or motorized.
- Facilitate computer integration with a PCIe® x1 interface
- Benefit from real-time synchronization with 16 discrete digital I/Os
- Get straightforward access to I/Os via standard D-Sub connector
- Support factory-floor and lab use with 24 V and TTL-compatible signaling
- Protect against unintended use with optical isolation and resettable fuses
- Track moving production lines with support for two rotary incremental encoders
- Use status indicator LED for each I/O to assist with integration troubleshooting
- Leverage Gigabit Ethernet port for industrial communication or video capture using GigE Vision
- Use with Zebra Aurora Design Assistant (formerly Matrox Design Assistant) and Zebra Aurora Imaging Library (formerly Matrox Imaging Library), vision software
An EMC Chamber with 5 meter test range ensuring EMC compliance testing for Emission and Immunity testing. Ferrite and hybrid pyramidal absorbers are combined in a unique pattern within a SmartShield high performance chamber. Operating at a 5m test distance, this EMC chamber is compliant to CISPR-16-1-4 / ANSI C63.4 with a measurement zone diameter of 2 to 4 meters.
AL-38000 model towers are suited for light duty applications with an operating load of up to 150 lbs (68 kg). This series is available with either a manual or motorized linear offset slide. Manual slides can be hand-pushed or hand-wheeled. The mast (vertical or inclined) is available in fiberglass or aluminum construction.
Flexibility
- Different substrate carriers for wafers up to 100 mm or single dies
- Up to six positioners
- Use with liquid nitrogen or helium, depending on the target temperature
- Probing with an open chamber lid possible under atmospheric condition
- Specially designed for laboratory environments
- Covers wide range of measurements (I-V, C-V, RF, MEMS, OPTO)
See "Specifications & Details" tab for more key features
The CISPR25 emc chamber is designed for emc compliance benchtop testing of automotive components and wiring harnesses . The MVG CISPR25 emc chamber is designed for the emc measurements using the requisite 1 m test distance and for a “typical bench” configuration of 2.5 m x 1.0 m. The unique design requires less volumetric space than traditional absorbers and still provides the volume required to have the requisite distances between the EUT and the walls and the emc absorber and the walls & ceiling. The chamber is designed with anechoic treatment that meets the specified attenuation in the CISPR 25 standard, and it is designed to meet the Long Wire testing specified in Annex J. The polypropylene emc absorber does not undergo the typical age-related deterioration of the typical “foam” polyurethane absorbers. The UH-series, polypropylene emc absorber is also applicable to the radar pulse testing required in some automotive test standards.
