More Product Information
ULTRA UHC series polypropylene based broadband electromagnetic absorbers are the latest technology for RF test applications.
The polypropylene material has a highly uniform carbon density, throughout the material, which provides for more predictable results with no discontinuities.
It is the unique production technology which is the critical factor in achieving the highest electromagnetic reflectivity performance in an antenna measurement anechoic chamber or an emc chamber.
As an international EMC chamber supplier, we provide these polypropylene broadband absorbers for EMC test chambers worldwide.
The Null Seeker Positioner is used in development and production testing to emulate flight movement of a device encasing null-seeker sensors. Its high motion dynamics and ultra-precise angular positioning, rates, and acceleration allow for accurate evaluations of null seeker technology (ie. RF signal nulls transmitted from directive antennas).
The LCU AL-4189 - Local Control Unit is a hand-held control box specifically designed and built to be used in conjunction with ORBIT/FR controllers and PCU’s. It provides the attendant (operator, serviceman etc.) with a high degree of flexibility in operating the system elements.
Flexibility
- Different substrate carriers for wafers up to 100 mm or single dies
- Up to six positioners
- Use with liquid nitrogen or helium, depending on the target temperature
- Probing with an open chamber lid possible under atmospheric condition
- Specially designed for laboratory environments
- Covers wide range of measurements (I-V, C-V, RF, MEMS, OPTO)
See "Specifications & Details" tab for more key features
The EH118 EMC Horn combines stable gain performance and low VSWR with wide band frequency operation. The horn is single linearly polarized with excellent cross-polar discrimination. The unique horn design suppresses any possible excitation of higher order modes in the aperture and maintains a well-defined smooth radiation pattern in the direction of the boresight axis throughout the operational bandwidth.
MVG supplies a range of ferrite tiles for EMC test chambers where space is limited. Ferrite tiles complement or subtitute pyramidal absorbers to save space in the anechoic chamber.
- Reduce service stoppages with a fanless design
- Inspect multiple sites through the support for four GigE Vision and four USB3 Vision cameras
- Simplify cabling for GigE Vision installations using Powerover-Ethernet (PoE)-enabled ports
- Tackle deep learning and traditional machine vision applications with a mobile-class embedded twelfth-generation Intel Core processor
- Connect separately to the factory floor and enterprise networks via two more Gigabit Ethernet ports
- Synchronize with other equipment using the integrated real-time digital I/Os with rotary encoder support and RS-232/RS-485 ports
- Streamline application development using the Aurora Design Assistant flowchart-based IDE or the Aurora Imaging Library SDK
- Tackle machine vision applications with utmost confidence using field-proven tools for analyzing, locating, classifying, measuring, reading, and verifying
Aperture field probe systems are used to evaluate the extraneous signals that exist in the area surrounding the device under test due to reflections and other transmitting sources.
MVG offers a complete range of field probes of varying sizes and configurations to meet diverse testing requirements.
The Performance Series EL/AZ positioners represent the latest generation of multi-axis rotary positioning subsystems. They offer enhanced capabilities and improved performance relative to size, and incorporate new engineering advances.
These positioners provide accurate, balanced rotation, and controllable velocity. Their rugged yet straight-forward construction ensures maximum reliability and trouble-free operation, yielding the best size and weight/performance ratio. Typically, the unit includes the body, precise slew bearings, DC motor, gear reducer, encoder/synchro, and limit switch assemblies. The AUT mounting surface is designed with a threaded mounting hole pattern for ease of use. A Safe/Operate switch is included to ensure safety.
