HL5902 Frequency Divider (100 MHz to 24 GHz) The HL5902 Series is a wideband frequency divider with minimal additive phase noise, supporting divide ratios of 2, 4, and 8 from 100 MHz to 24 GHz. It delivers buffered outputs from 12.5 MHz to 12 GHz at a typical 2 dBm output power and operates from -40° to +85°C with internal regulation supporting +7 to 16 VDC supplies. |
