This ultra high intensity line light series is built to handle the most extreme line scan lighting requirements. Provides an intensity level of 2,100 klx (working distance of 75 mm).
Part of the MicroBrite™ family of high performance, compact machine vision lights. This line light series utilizes a fresnel lens for a compact form factor.
The LN112-30 Lens Adaptor is used for creating a 30° focused beam spread when attached to a SL112 or SL162.
To simplify the mounting process, Ai offers a line of camera brackets for positioning lights under or around the camera lens. Most brackets are designed to be held in place by the same screw that secures the camera.
0 – 100% intensity control For use with lights built with an ICS 2 after 3/1/2012 NOT COMPATIBLE with LLI37, BLI38, LLI67, and BLI68 “IC” Lights
Universal input switching supply 24v regulated current DC – runs on 110-220v AC Power indicator light
The Pulsar 320E provides the ultimate in lighting control for strobe-only, high power applications. 2 outputs for controlling 2 lights independently, each capable of 50A @ 100V DC. NOTE: If you’ve purchased a Pulsar 320 in the past, please see the change notice below for details on what updates have been made to the Pulsar series.
For use with the SL256 Pattern Projecting Spot Lights Five field-replaceable standard patterns available 0.050mm line width photolithography
Our EuroBrite™ lineup outdoes the competition in so many ways. With more features at a competitive price point, there’s no better value in machine vision lighting: Complete built-in control for continuous and strobe modes.
The RL113 High Intensity Bright Field ring light offers a very wide array of wavelengths from UV to IR. With intensities of up to 45.5kLux at 12” (300mm), the RL113 is particularly well suited to longer working distances. A rugged, heavy enclosure, compliant with IP67 requirements, is well suited to demanding environments.
The RL121 is characterized as a Small High Dispersion Bright Field ring light. Non-lensed LEDs disperse light at broad angles, providing “soft” lighting for applications that require short working distances.
The RL127 is characterized as a Large High Dispersion Bright Field ring light. Non-lensed LEDs disperse light at broad angles, providing “soft” lighting for applications that require short to medium working distances.
